Youth Plus Policy Network is an organization founded and led by young people in Uganda. It seeks to create spaces for youth engagement and development in Uganda. Partnership for Change (P4C) is an open mass movement initiative of six partners namely, Mars Group Kenya, The National Convention Executive Council (NCEC), The National Youth Convention (NYC), University Students Organisations (Nairobi, Maseno, and Masinde Muliro), The Inter Religious Forum and the Kenya Network of Grassroots Organisations.
